Having worked in the fast paced fashion industry for the past 15 years, I have done everything from styling, modeling, acting, to set and costume design. I know first hand what it’s like to feel burnout and put self care and nourishment aside. Seeing how common it is to get into a health funk and then dealing with the overwhelm of researching all types of diets, cleanses, exercise regimens and new supplements, we find ourselves asking- where do you even begin?! What is helpful or what is a fad?! How can I find a long term solution?! Why are there so many options out there!? This sense of anxiety is common, and sometimes keeping things simple is one of our biggest challenges! Now, that’s where I come in.

My goal is to help women optimize their health, and my unique approach helps you address the root cause, heal deeply and emerge more resilient than ever before. Let’s clear out that confusion and get us back to the basics so we can feel like our best selves while having fun and feeling supported. Sound good?
